When you register

We keep the details you give us — name, phone, email, gender, T-shirt size, lunch choice, district, your photo if your ticket needs one, and your payment details (method, sender number, Transaction ID). We use them only to confirm your payment, send your ticket by SMS and email, print your pass and T-shirt, plan lunch, and check you in at the gate. Only the GDFA team can see them. We never sell or share them, except with the services that send our SMS and email.

When you visit

We use Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages are read, from where and on which devices. It uses cookies and similar technology, and Google processes this data under its own terms. It doesn't receive your name, phone or ticket. Your private ticket and pass pages are never sent to Google Analytics. You can block it with your browser's settings or Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Photo frame

The photo you put in the event frame stays on your device — it is never uploaded.
