Refund Policy

All ticket sales for GDFA Freelancer Connect 2026 are final. Once your payment is made, it can't be refunded, in full or in part.

This applies to every ticket and package, including when:

• you can't attend or your plans change
• you miss the event or arrive late
• you bought the wrong ticket or package
• you're turned away at the gate for breaking the event rules

Can't come? You can hand your ticket to someone else. Contact us before the guest list goes to print, and we'll move it to their name and phone number.

Want a bigger package? You can upgrade any time from your ticket page: choose the new package and pay only the difference. For example, a ৳999 ticket moves up to ৳4,999 for ৳4,000 more. Upgrades can't be undone or refunded either.

Paid twice, or sent money but never got a ticket? Contact us with your Transaction ID (TrxID) and we'll sort it out.
