Your ticket

• A ticket is for one person and lets them into GDFA Freelancer Connect 2026 (21st Nov, 2026, Grand Dadu Bari, Dinajpur).
• A ticket is confirmed only after we have checked the payment. Until then it shows as waiting on your ticket page.
• The details on a ticket must be the real attendee's. You can correct them on your ticket page until the deadline shown there.
• Giving false payment details (a wrong or reused Transaction ID) cancels the ticket.

At the gate

• Show the QR code on your ticket page or the downloaded pass. Each QR lets one person in, once.
• We may ask for a photo ID if the name or photo on the pass is in doubt.
• Lunch, T-shirt and other items come with the ticket as described when you bought it; T-shirt sizes are given while stock lasts.

On the day

• The organisers may change the schedule, sessions or speakers if needed; we'll post changes on our Facebook page.
• Please be respectful to everyone. The organisers may ask anyone who disturbs the event or others to leave, without a refund.
• Photos and videos are taken at the event and may be used by GDFA and its sponsors to share and promote it.
• Look after your own belongings; the organisers can't be responsible for lost items.

Money and data

• Refunds and upgrades follow our Refund Policy.
• How we use your details is in our Privacy Policy.
• If the event can't take place, we'll tell everyone by SMS and on Facebook with what happens next.
